Open your email invite and press the pink sign up button

Fill out your name, email, and password

Click the check in button for your next upcoming appointment

Enter any missing information as indicated by the red highlight

Read the Telemedicine consent and click the green button on the bottom right
6
Sign in the box above the line, save signature, then click "I'm done"
7
Click check in
PHASE 2: CHECK IN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Click the given doxy.me link in your email or onpatient messages

Enter your name and click check in
3
Turn on your camera and our team will be with you shortly
